In my first attempt at home brewing I got a bit cocky and went with a belgian tripel extract kit from Northern Home Brewer...I used the Wyeast smack pack as recommended, however, I only used one. The primary fermentation went well, the specific gravities measured where they were supposed to...racked to secondary and am ready to bottle...my question is, should I be concerned about under carbonation? Is there a way to make sure there is enough yeast to carb? I would hate to have this batch turn out flat.
