While driving home I remembered I had an empty 5 gal carboy, so I swung by the store and let inspiration take over:

3x gallons of apple cider from conc.
1/3x gallon of apple juice from conc.
10x 12oz apple juice concentrate
48 oz of clove honey
2lbs of brown sugar
1.25 tsp yeast nutrients
1.25 tsp peptic enzyme
1 packet of Côte des Blancs yeast.

Sadly my hydrometer is broken and my new one's haven't arrived in the mail yet, but I imagine that this will be up there in ETOH. Hopefully my new hydrometer will get here in the next few days and I'll be able to start taking some readings.

10 - 12 oz Apple Juice Concentrates?

Sounds like a lot (but I'm a noob). I'm curious, is that for the sugar or flavor? Have you used it before? How did it work out?

I'm doing it for both reasons. I don't mind pumping up the ABV whenever I get the chance, but mostly I'd like to try and get some more apple flavor into the cider. The apfelwein I've made as well as the cider I've got cooking now have both lost their "apple-ness" in fermentation.
