Hi I am new to brewing and am taking it up as a new hobby.
I have a simple question about the yeast I have used. I brewed a batch of wine before and used 3 cups of sugar and around two tablespoons of yeast, and it turned out pretty good actually.
I am trying to do the same thing again, but this time I have used hardly any yeast. I hope to have less of the yeast taste, but the real reason is a really had hardly any left. I have used maybe 10 or 20 visible grains of yeast.
Will this even ferment?
