Just wanted to introduce myself to the new community.

Been homebrewing since 1994. Started w/ dump n stirs, then moved onto adding malts to kits for color, flavor, & body, then full mashes.

At one point was propagating my own yeast, working w/ RO water adding minerals, and even thinking about growing hops.

Getting another job w/ a 3 hour daily commute changed all that, and now I do an occational mash & have gone back to the simplicity of dump n stirs.

Got 3 frig's for lagering and only do kegs now because bottles take to much time.

Sipping on an nice ale now I mashed about 2 months ago.
