I'm wondering to carry the flavor through my run how far do I go out with flavor or mash for it not to puke. Should it come up all the way to the copper pipes or below it? New to this! Thanks for any advice!

I meant to ask how far fill my thumper to carry over flavor with out it puking?

About 30% is fine, depending on size thumper. If you want to be safe, add a spoon of olive oil, hope that helps.
