I'm looking to brew something relatively simple that will be hard to mess up. What do you guys think of my recipe. I'm wondering if it's ok to use both munich and the naked golden oats. Would they go well together?
Also, is my hop schedule OK? I just really need something that will be easy to drink and not turn out too strange. I've had beers hopped with only Nelson Sauvin hops and I love them. I'm also debating dropping the carapils. Any quick thoughts?
