Mash Profile
Light Body Infusion In 75 min @ 150.0°F
*Add 16.88 qt ( 1.25 qt/lb ) water @ 162.0°F
Sparge
*Sparge 18.15 qt of 170.0°F water over 10 min
Looking for a dry crisp IPA that will accentuate the piney taste of the hop.
Will throw in the corn sugar with 15 minutes left in the boil (not the mash) for a nice ABV spike.

1.0 pkg Dry English Ale White Labs 0007
Probably gonna brew this up this weekend. How's the recipe look to you guys? Any changes that you think I should make?
