Thoughts on additive?

I added 6 lbs of blackberries to a secondary for a 5 gallon batch and am not getting a strong blackberry flavor after two weeks. How do you all feel about a blackberry flavor additive from the lhbs? I need to bottle today to have beer ready for a gathering.
 
Wow, really? I've done that much raspberries, and it was like berry wine! I would avoid the flavoring, but I'm really sensitive to fake-tasting fruit flavor.
 
I make a black berry vodka and the only way to get good berry flavor is to mash the shiz out of them. After racking to the secondary, try using a potato masher to destroy the berries in your fermenter before recorking. Should make a huge difference.
