So i had a digitAl thermometer that i bought off of ritebrew.com. It was okay for about two months now its beyond inaccurate. So i want a reliable thermometer thats fast, easy to read and is easy to use while brewing. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I just bought Thermoworks' Therma-K, along with the same probe used on the Thermapen. In my ice water and boiling water tests, it was absolutely dead accurate. I like the Therma-K because you can swap probes on it - I also got a wire probe to stick in the mash to monitor the temp in real-time.
