The mission of our club is to positively promote the BREW CULTURE (Old and New) and the appreciation of the quality and variety of home-brewed beer through education, research, and the collection and dissemination of information; also, to serve as a forum for the technological and cross-cultural aspects of the art of brewing; and to encourage personal responsibility when using beer or other alcohol-containing beverage.

*Bring your Craft Beverage and any TOPICS you would like to share or discuss.

*Consider bringing a notebook or laptop to take notes.

*Also, consider having BREW CHEM 101, text book, on hand to further any Brew Chemistry discussions, (as was suggested earlier).
