My wife and I are expecting our first in Dec. I am looking to brew this beer to kind of clear out some of the stuff I have on hand. Hence some of the oddball amounts on some things. Open to thought, or suggestions. If there is a hop that you think should be in the mix, throw it out there...I might have some on hand.
Plan on doing 2 dry hops. One about 3 days in, one as I am a few points away from terminal gravity. The 20, 15 10 min additions were just kinda picked at random, not sure if I should move those to one big later addition.
