9 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
1 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM)
1 lbs Victory Malt (25.0 SRM)
8.0 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM)
1.00 oz Willamette [5.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] - Boil 15.0 min
1.0 pkg English Ale (White Labs #WLP002) [35.49 ml]
Mash in at 155 with 14.5qt
Batch sparge for 5.5Gallon
28 IBU
1 litre started off of washed 002
OG; 1.059
having a lot of problems nailing down a staple brown for my keg. Let me know what you guys think of this recipe. All advice welcome.
