Td4 SNR programming for mashing

Hey all, it's been awhile since I started my Ebiab adventure. I'm all set up but I cannot figure out how to set the PID to hold my mash temp. I can get it to manual mode for boiling no problem, but I am getting a brain block on setting the mash temp. I would like to brew Saturday so your help would be much appreciated!

My pin TD4 controller.

Also, if you recommend and other setting it would be appreciated.
