oleo saccarhum (flameout):
1.1 pound blood orange zest
5.3 ounce dextrose
Vacuum sealed and refrigerated for 48 hours)

dryhop 16g Minnesota Julius (day 2 of active fermentation)
Dryhop 8g Minnesota Julius (day 7 — first trub removal)
Dryhop 44g Minnesota Julius (day 17 of fermentation—remove after 3 days)

Primed with 4.8 ounce corn sugar in 17.2 ounces RO water, boiled 7.5 minutes
Bottled 46–12 ounce deep amber bottles

7 days in bottle, chilled to 55°F overnight
Cooled to 37°F 36 hours later

Yeah I almost died when it finished itself off.

it was seemingly stalled at 1.009 for quite some time.

slightly “hot” but absolutely fantastic. Big big fan of this strain
 
Lol 98-% attenuation. I know it’s a STA1 strain but that’s crazy. 11.2% white ipa. How is it with those spices, abv, and such low fg?
