Summer Beer

Anyone have a great, refreshing beer recipe they like for the hot summer months? I'm making a vanilla cream ale now, and I'm looking for another batch to get me through this hot summer

I love a good saison in the summer. Dry hopped with centennial and call it a day!

0.25 lbs Honey Malt

2oz Fuggles @
60 45 30 15 5 - for a total of 17 IBU's

I made a California Yeast starter tonight

I hope it's as refreshing as it sounds!

Thanks for the saison idea, but I wanted to make a yeast starter (first one!) and I don't have a saison yeast to boost.
