I have decided to brew an ESB this weekend that will showcase my fuggles hops from my yard and uses wyeast 1335 Brittish Ale II. Simple Grain Bill

85% Pale
5% munich
5%C40
%5C80
OG 1.050
Mash at 152
Wyeast 1335
35-40 IBU

So my question is what hops go good with fuggles for this.......I have the following on hand

legacy
Sonnet Golding
cluster
glacier
crystal
willamette
cascade
columbus
belma
sorachi ace
galena

I am thinking the sonet goldings maybe?

I've used both Willamette and Crystal in a bitter. They are very nice. You could certainly use the Belma for bittering (since it's high AA and won't contribute much flavor).

I like my bitter to have a little more flavor and aroma then might be traditional, but you might do (calculate weight to achieve IBU):

Belma 28 IBU @ 60 minutes
Willamette 9 IBU @ 15 minute
Fuggle 3 IBU @5 minute

nothing contributes flavor as a bittering addition. Dont waste an awesome aromatic hop like belma on a bittering addition. Go with glacier or something. Any noble-ish hops will go fine in a bitter

Sonnet, Willamette. I also like a late addition of Cluster. It has more bite and restrained fruit.
