I am brewing a Belgian Specialty with the following stats:

OG-1.110
FG-1.028
ABV 10.9%

I am making a 5.25 gallon batch-I assume I will lose some with blow off during fermentation-shooting for 5.1 gallons...

Can someone advise me on how much corn sugar to use? I've used approximately 5 oz in my previous 3 beers, but this one is dramatically different... Any suggestions?

Nope, that works fine, just clarifying if that is what you were using it for as it also good to use for adding to the recipe itself. There are online bottling sugar calculators that I would use when its time to bottle and you have your final numbers use one to find out how much sugar you need.
