Working on this recipe, it's not a cream ale by any means, however i intend on mashing high, adding lactose, and using a lower flocculating yeast (Munich from Lallemand) for increased mouthfeel and "creaminess."

6lb 2 row
1lb white wheat
1lb flaked oats
.5lb cara 20l
.25lb honey malt

4oz lactose @10min

I will be doing my water at 150:75ppm chlorides to sulfates, hoping to increase the soft mouthfeel further.

hop bill will be as follows:

2oz amarillo @10min
4oz huell melon @flameout (20min rest)
4oz huell melon @DH on krausen.

5lb strawberry @secondary 5 days

Sounds good, lets see what happens!
 
That sounds like a strawberry blonde ale llke Pete's Wicked. A bit sweeter with the lactose but not much.
