Yesterday I brewed this:

Original Gravity 1.049
Final Gravity 1.013
SRM 5
Alcohol 4.8
Bitterness 27.6 IBUs
Calories 162 per 12 oz.
Mash Efficiency 80%
Batch Size 5 Gallons with 7 Gallon Boil for 60 Minutes

Malts and Grains
8 lbs 8 oz Vienna Malt

Hopping Schedule: Pellet
.50 oz Willamette 7.5% at 60 min FWH
.25 oz Willamette 7.5% at 25 min
.25 oz Willamette 7.5% at 15 min
.25 oz Willamette 7.5% at 5 min
.25 oz Willamette 7.5% at 1 min
=1.50 oz hops

Yeast: S-04 Ale - Rehydrated

I thinking of racking 2.5 gallons after 10 days or required FG onto 5lbs of frozen strawberries from Trader Joes into a secondary for a week. Is this ok?
