Hi all,
In the process of getting back to it after moving. It has been a long process and a tough brewery conversion in my new garage. I'm on septic now so that has it's own challenges. I. The process of moving my brewing computer's hard drive was damaged and I lost everything. I have a new computer now and will be upgrading to beersmith 3. Does bs3 have profiles for stout tank systems or does anyone else have one? I know this is the easy way out and I really should go through all my calibrations again but I'm really itching to brew a batch, it's been over a year! The last things I have to do are paint the walls and floor. I will be sharing photos when its complete.
