Good Afternoon,
Just doing a bit of research to ensure I've been doing things correctly. I have two taps. One is always a stout. I was just wondering what blend of beer gas you guys are running at what temperature and at what pressure.

I personally have been running mine at approximately 25 - 27 PSI at approximately 40 degrees, 25% CO2, 75% N2.

My first beer put on tap through it was great but I heard I should be running it a bit higher (30 to 35) PSI so I bumped it up and ended up overcarbonating a bit. (or so i think, i got a bit too much head for the rest of the keg even after turning it back down).

Anyway, just want to see what you guys have been doing.

Also, what volumes of co2 do you guys carb to? ive heard anything from 1.2 to 1.7.

( i use corn sugar to carb up due to lack of room in the fridge for more than 2 kegs )

Thanks,
Dustin
