I have two half full corny kegs in my fridge, that for medical reason, I will not be able to drink for at least six months. They have been in the fridge for about two months. I hate to dump out the beer. Would the beer be alright if I pressurized the kegs good and took them out of the fridge and stored them at room temp for the next six months? Then say in January, chilled them again and serve.
One beer is a light ginger rye ale and the other is an amber ale.
thanks
