8 oz Crystal 20L
8 oz Belgium Munich
8 oz Carapils/Carafoam
4 oz Victory
4 oz Biscuit
1 oz Chocolate
Remove from heat, steep at 155 for 30 min, turn off heat and add 3.25 lme and 1 oz Fuggle
Bring to boil, boil 45 then add .5 oz Fuggle
Boil for 10 min then add 3.25 lme
Bring back to a boil and add .5 oz Fuggle
Boil 2 min, burn off heat and cool wort to below 75 degrees. Pitch Wyeast 1762, Belgian Abbey 2 yeast
Ferment at room temp for 7 days, transfer to secondary for 7 more.
Bottle condition w/ 3/4 c corn sugar for 2 weeks
