It's not unusual, no. Some brews will keep going for some time. It would be a good time to take a G reading, see where you're at. Airlock activity isn't the primary measurement for fermentation. Trust the hydrometer. 2 days at the same G and you should be good for secondary or bottling. Happy brewing
Sure, there's lots of factors that come into play when dealing with yeast. Temperature, Yeast Vitality, Original Gravity, Air Pressure, Altitude, What's on TV, and even what you had for dinner.... Ok, so some of those were fake, but it really does depend on different things. What yeast strain did you use and what was the recipe? When did it start fermenting? RDWHAHB! Nothing is wrong....
