So I have my first AG brew all set up. I just hit one snag when making my check list... I don't know where to put my crystal malt. Can I just add it to the mash with the 2-row? Or do I keep my mash separate and steep after my sparge is complete?
...or a third option would be to steep in my boiling kettle while my mash is resting in the MLT?
