Does anyone on her know how much steam is needed to boil 200 gallons in a steam kettle? I'm asking because I ave an opportunity to buy a 200 gallon kettle, but the only boiler I have is an electric 16 gallon boiler that I made from a keg but I doubt it's big enough.

First off, keep in mind that steam can be very dangerous if you don't work with aproved tools like steam kettels and steam boilers, my suggestion keep off your hands of "keg boilers".
On the other side, we use a steamdriven 180 gal brewery with a 20 HP steam boiler, when MT, BK and HLT work together (we have a vessel for each process and can work constantly) the boiler is almost at the end of his capacity.
