I have a few white stains from dried up sanitizer I can not get off the counter top I was wondering if there is any tricks to get this out

If it was starsan you probably acid etched your counter top. If that's the case I don't think anything will get it off.

What kind of counter top is it, granite, corian, etc? You can almost always polish it back as long as the pitting isn't too deep.

You can most likely polish the stains out. Try some buffing/polishing compound, like what's used for cars. I've polished deep pitting/etching out before with good results. It will take some elbow grease or a powered buffer. Try it in an inconspicuous area first to see how it looks.
