Hi,
I have just started brewing, at the moment i am using coopers kits, because they are economical and i am just a beginner, I started out with a real ale kit, which was suggested by a friend and it came out alright, right after i bottled that i made up a small thing of homemade cider which was just put in a jug today to clear up. I've started to experiment a little and I look forward to seeing what others are doing and especially finding out little problems that may come up while brewing.

I'm going to piggyback on your thread if that is ok. Does this forum have any regional sections? I am looking to sit in (and help) with anyone brewing in the next few weeks in the KC area. Looking to learn the tips and tricks first hand. I'll provide beer!
