SS Brewtech 14 gallon chronical - San Diego area

SS Brewtech 14 gallon chronical for sale. I bought it used thinking I would brew larger batches, but I find my self rarely using it. The guy I bought it from made a couple of semi-permanent modifications including welding caster brackets to the legs and it looks like there was a small hole in the lid that was welded closed. It comes with a handful of upgrade including:

• Domed lid with 3 inch TC
• 3 inch blow off cane with PRV (i think the 14 gallon version is supposed to be 2 pieces, but I only have a single piece ending in 1/2" male threads)
• LCD thermometer

$300 obo. I would prefer local pickup or a reasonable drive, but if their is no local interest I may be open to shipping.

Have you had any issues with the lid sealing (i.e. co2/liquid leaking out during fermentation)?
Are all the lid clamps in good shape?
Any major dents or dings?
Would you be willing to meet in Temecula for the hand-off?
