So im brewing a spiced wheat ale today. Any ideas on amounts of orange peel and coriander? The recipe is
10# ale malt
09# wheat
01# vienna
1.5oz cascade 60min
1.0oz cascade 5 min
I was thinking 1 oz orange peel, 2 tbs coriander.
Also i am using wb-06 for yeast
