Im about to rack a pumpkin beer over to keg. I made a tincture of pie spices and some vanilla thinking my boil additions might not be enough. The boil additions are definitely present in flavor maybe a little light, but there is no real aroma. This isnt the worst thing in my opinion as I want a beer not a pie.

My question is should I wait till the beer is carbed and decide then whether to use the tincture as I am on the fence now as to if it needs it. I feel that carbonation sometimes changes beer flavors enough by itself. Thoughts?

In my experience an overspiced beer is usually not very pleasant. IMO wait til it's carbed up then give it a taste test and adjust from there. It's a lot easier to add flavor than to take it back out. :)
