Hey all,
New here. Been reading and learning alot here. Thanks for all the info here!!
I did a search for "specialty grains" and got 500 hits (and read through quite a few titles) so please don't slam me if this is a super noob question that has been answered way too many times.
I've used crystal malt in several of my most recent batches. Are there any other specialty grains that only need to be soaked in hot water for a short period of time and are simple to use by an extract brewer like crystal malt other than black patent, chocolate and roasted barley?
Thanks
