- Great blend of sweet caramel malts and NZ hops. Tastes great @ 2 weeks.
Brewed this a month or so back and it has to be the best beer I've brewed so far. The hop combination is fantastic and is balanced by the malt. This is the first version of my house NZPA so I'll be interested to hear what advice anyone has if they try the recipe out.
