Ft. Lauderdale area, going to need a chiller I think as my house has never been under 78 degrees in the summertime.

Brewing my first batch, Irish Stout kit from midwest supplies. Was having the 'no bubbles' heebie geebies before reading a few posts on this site. Day 4 and SG is 1.02, started at 1.044. Seems a bit quick to me, but I'll leave it alone and see what happens. Smells & tastes like beer already :)

Welcome newbie. :)

Yeah, you're going to need a temperature controlled fermenter. That is, unless you love banana and clove flavored beer. :D
