I think my favorite part about brewing is making my own recipes. Tinkering with someone else's is okay but I prefer to start from scratch. I love my Designing Great Beers book, but when i had the urge to create a Tripel, I dove in only to find there is no section on Belgian beers!! Looking for a good reference source for typical grain bills etc, like what DGB does for all the other styles. Thanks!

Other books in that series are good as well. Farmhouse Ales covers Saisons, Bier de Garde, Bier de Noel and Mars. If you have lots of space+time the wild brews book is also fun for sour beers.
