Sour Mashing - Sparge Hot?

I have my sour mash as sour as I want it and plan to drain it out and sparge but I am having a hard time finding out if I need to sparge at the normal 168F or if it doesn't matter. Can anyone let me know the best practice for sparging a sour mash?
