Hi guys,
I'm planning to brew my first sorachi ace single hop beer. I found a recipe from Brewdog and I think it could be alright.

The only thing which worries me is that they don't dry hop in this recipe. The total amount of hop is 35 g and used only during boiling. I would like to use also dry hop for aroma (50 grams) but I don't want to end up with dill aroma.

Do you have any experience with using sorachi ace for dry hop?

Thanks

Id be intrested in hearing thoughts also. I just bought 2oz of them on sale, not sure what to use them on.

I recently did a ginger Saison with Sorachi Ace. 3oz total. 2 oz at the end of the boil. No dry hopping. The hops provide a nice lemon flavor to complement the ginger. I am not sure what dry hopping would do.
