Was a closed drum that was converted.
I was using as a boil kettle. So, it has a small dip tube out near the side to avoid picking up the trub after whirlpool.
I have a sight glass /level gauge for it but you would need to drill another hole to attach it.
The lid is an aluminum stock pot lid.
The drums tend to go $150-180 before conversion so some of the work is done here for you.
