I have been leaving my soda kegs filled with one step until I an ready to fill them with beer, then I dump and sanitize with starsan. The questions are:
Any possible problems with leaving them filled with one step?
I've read one step breaks down after a week or so, so should I just dump and let them air dry?
Will it harm the stainless steel from prolonged contact?
