Hoping I can get some feedback on my hop schedule here. I'm good with the Pale Ale Malt end, so this time around I'm really looking for the hops to shine. I think my bitterness is ok, but I want to make sure to get more flavor and aroma from the Cascades. I use an ice bath for chilling, so my chill time is a bit longer. I would say an hour give or take.
