So, I have 4 ounces of AU Summer hops, and my Girlfriend is going to make a SMaSH APA with them. Based on what I can find I don't have enough for a 5 gallon batch, so I am cutting it back to 3 gallons. Anyone have any experience with AU Summer hops to either approve or recommend change to this hop schedule?
