I am making my first all grain batch and I am going to do the small BiaB version on my stove. My goal is a batch size of 1.3 gallons or so to go into a fermenter (2 Gallon Fermenting Bucket) with an airlock.
Do I have to make a starter for this or can I just pitch the dry yeast...
Second, how much dry yeast in grams do I need to ferment this small batch...
