Sludge in carboy

transferred to carboy after 5 days.... and at 7 days i noticed there is sludge at the bottom... any cause for concern?

Nah, just yeast settling out.

Mostly because you racked to secondary after only 5 days. Never rack over till the beer is at FG. Racking too soon can cause stalling.

Yup. It happens more if you transfer earlier. I sometimes leave in the primary for 2-3 weeks and then transfer to secondary. much less yeast dropping at that point, but still, there's some.
