Skeeter pee question

I am running out of room in my carboy. I have two bottles of lemon juice in, is the third necessary? How strong is the lemon flavor with three bottles?

The 3rd is necessary. If you are running low on space then that may be good. Siphon some of the must in the carboy into a 2 liter bottle and place in the fridge. Every so many days slowly open the lid to the 2 liter because it may still ferment in the fridge and you want to let out the built up CO2. This way you can add your lemon and then after you rack off of lees and stabilize you can top off with what is in the fridge to reduce headspace.
