Hey guys,

going to try my hand at a wit with a few experimental things, but want to make sure my base grain bill looks okay.

I've only got the 1 burner, 1 mash tun, and no experience with a adjunct or multi step mash. So I looked to Moshers Radical Brewing, these forums, and themadfermentationist to come up with what I think will work.

65% white malted wheat
25% 2-row
10% toasted flaked wheat

Bunch of rice hulls.
Maybe mix in 5% specialty from the 2-row
Sach rest at 148.

From what I gathered, flaked wheat is convertible just like the malted wheat in this mash, unlike unmalted wheat. But some single infusion recipes say barley and rest of it flaked wheat, or barley and rest of it malted wheat. Not sure I'm grasping what weigtings I should give to the 2 ingredients.

Thanks!
