Found this nifty product for those beers that come out a bit lite in colour. It's gluten free and cheap. Nice thing about it if you prefer the look of a darker beer but don't want to use darker candi sugars and such give this a try.

I have limited experience with this product but it does work and you can easily boost SRM by 16 with very little volume.

Anyone have any further input on SINAMAR please post your reviews.

Thanks for this, wanted some for a english bitter i was doing but didnt want to pay $8 for delivery from another online store, so will order from here

i work with someone who worked for GSB he told me they would use that stuff all the time to adjust there srm if it was wrong.

Thanks for the reply. Assuming GSB is some sort of commercial brewer thanks another positive note for SINAMAR. If it's used in commercial brewing then it can be used at home with success.
