I am sitting on three bags of Simcoe, Citra and Columbus pellets of 100gr (3.5oz) each, leftovers from competition brew tryouts, that need to be used before they spoil. I'd like to brew a 5gal big nose IPA with them of moderate strength and bitterness (think Punk IPA). I was thinking to do the following scheme:

- Simcoe for bittering at about 30-20min
- late additions of Citra and Columbus, 10-5min
- whirlpool with all three
- dryhop with all three

The malt bill will be Golden Promise and some Munich or Vienna (also leftovers).

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Quick thought suggestion

Simcoe yes, maybe break it up like 25 - 15 10?
Citra/Columbus Flame out 20 min steep
Whirlpool 2 steps with a mix of simcoe and citra

Dry hop simcoe #1 and 2nd dry hop with citra.

I love vienna in my ipas.

I would do:

1oz Columbus @ 60 (50 IBU)
1oz Simcoe @ 15 (21 IBU)
1.5oz each hop @ Whirlpool (chill to 85C first so very little IBU)
2oz Citra @ Dry Hop
1oz Simcoe @ Dry Hop
1oz Columbus @ Dry Hop
