Should I add another pack of S-04?

I made a 5 gallon batch of a IPA, and pitched 1 pack of dry S-04. Later I was putting the recipe into Beer Smith and it said I should have used 2. It has been in primary for 10 days and initial fermentation (bubbling) has stopped.
So should I pitch another, or just leave it be?

leave it. i've done the same thing many times on purpose. besides, after 10 days, it's time to check gravity and maybe bottle/keg

I would take a hydro sample and see if its reached your expected FG. If it wasn't a BIG IPA under 1.060 i think you'll be fine.

I use http://www.mrmalty.com/calc/calc.html that will give you an exact amount to the gram, of how my yeast to use.
