Depending on the gravity, wait at least 1-3 weeks. Let it carbonate and condition a little.

I bottled today, and I'm bringing it to a party in 2 weeks. I tasted it when I was bottling, and it tasted and smelled delicious. I can't wait to see it in a week or 2.
