Hi all! I've been lurking around this forum for some time now, but finally decided to create an account and become more involved in the "brewmunity".
I live in St. Louis, MO. I'm currently in an apartment, so I've only brewed 5 gallon batches. More specifically, I've brewed a number of extract batches and a few partial mashes. I'm currently researching how to set-up an electric brew kettle/mash tun AND I'm looking to brew my first all grain batch in the next month or so.
Hoping to continue to learn more and maybe even meet some other STL brewers.
